if wala ka pa..thanks for dropping by madam

I would like to share here the photos taken last sunday, when hubby and I went to Saginaw, to attend the christening of Fran's baby
I met Fran in the Bicol section of the World of Filipinas(WOF)forum, and when i learned that she's also here in Michigan, i was already hoping that maybe i could meet her also someday. I found out that she was a college mate of my younger brother and she also said that she had been to our house in Naga before during the Penafrancia fiesta
I asked my brother and said, "yes, she was my classmate and groupmate" is'nt this cool and amazing, the world is really just small and life is connected
and when she invited us for her son's baptism, i did'nt have a second thought anymore and luckily Grace and her baby boy were also there
, I know Grace since asawa.org forum and we were texting each other when we're still in PI, exchanging thoughts and experiences about K1 visa
anyway, to make my story short, we, (Fran, Grace and me) the three bicolanas of MIchigan (WOF chapter
)had finally met and we really had a great time
It was about an hour and 16 mins ride to Fran's place but was worth it naman
Fran prepared special bicol dish for us, the unbeatable Laeng
the bijon noodles and the ginataan and grilled bangus was super yummy also, aside from the tasty potato salad, and lots of chickens, and other american foods, so of course i ate a lot again
She was very hospitable and even her husband and the entire family were all nice and accomodating people
I would say that Fran is one lucky lady also
even Grace is such a wonderful person too, i have nothing to say but it was awesome to have met them, even my loving hubby could'nt agree more with me on this
and we're looking forward to have more get together in the future
Thank you to all of you who are always visiting me here and to those who greeted me for being the JOTW winner
thanks a bunch guys
God bless
